After having 2 weeks in Schladming, its time to say farewell and head to my first big race of my European adventure, round 6 of the 2012 World Cup series in Val d'isere, France. A 10 hour drive from here in Austria, luckily the Ulrich family have got it sussed. Leaving at 8pm and waking up at the track, ready for first practice. Qualifying is on the friday so depending on how that goes it will determine if I race on sunday or not. I have watched a helmet cam to the track and its all open, no trees, with a rocky kind of dirt. Its up in the Alps and is used for world cups for skiing also! Looking forward to getting max drifts on.
Since its my last day here aswell would just like to thank Tamara, Maria, Wolly, Fabian and Lucky the cat for letting me stay in their lovely house for the past two weeks its been so kind and helpful :)
Here is a few photos from the Planai the other day, thanks to Maria for taking them!
